I have been a patient at Forest Creek Eye Center since 2006. I have always found Dr. Buser to be very professional, thorough and attentive to my concerns as a patient. At the same time, she is friendly and approachable. The waiting area is spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The exam rooms are clean and well maintained. All of my interactions with the front desk staff have been cordial and professional. I get routine reminder calls about my appointments which I appreciate. I've had no problems whatsoever at checkout time with billing or insurance.  Several of the staffers have been at Forest Creek Eye Center for a long time including Craig in the optical section. He is very knowledgeable and helpful.  In addition to the professional services offered, they also have a nice selection of sunglasses.

I visited this practice after a raving review and recommendation by a family member. I agree. They are professional, informative, and everyone was very nice. Dr. Mellis was very thorough and pleasant. I have finally found my home for eye care.

I have to agree with all the other reviews that this place is a gem...very welcoming, with all of the staff being friendly and professional.  I saw Dr. Esler, and she was probably the nicest, most caring doctor I have ever met.  She was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to.  I have a medical condition right now that can affect my vision, and she was right on it with helpful information.  Everything from check-in to check-out left me feeling very comfortable bringing my family here for our eye care needs.  Highly recommend!

My daughter and I had our first appointment here this morning and the staff was super friendly and caring. The Doctor explained to us what she was doing and why, and made us feel super comfortable. I've made appointments for my other daughter and husband and we have finally found an eye center that we can call home, close to home.

I cannot recommend Dr. Claudia Buser and her team at Forest Creek Eye Center enough. Their location is super convenient. Appointments are ideal for my busy schedule. Communication via phone, email and text make it easy work with. Wait time was minimal in the comfy waiting area. The team was courteous and thorough. Dr. Buser took great care in my exam and fitted me with perfect contacts - which I've never had. You can't go wrong with Forest Creek Eye Care!
